Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order caused by Pink & Ink Co, we will correct this as soon as possible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind or are unable to refund or exchange items that are faulty due to misuse or due to reason not related to the manufacture of the item.
Canceling Orders
We do not offer cancellation on orders, we can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it.
However, if your order is personalised and is already in production, we are unable to cancel, refund or provide a store credit.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, please contact us with any breakages including images of the product in it's original packaging, as a replacement may be organised. Australia Post does request that any damaged items are taken to your local post office for assessment. For any stolen or missing items, please ensure you lodge a request via their website to find your item and also contact us to let us know.
Product Safety Warning
Our products are not intended as a toy and should never be left unattended with children. Hang all signs above or not within reach of a child's bed or cot. Ensure that they are hung securely and out of the reach of children at all times.
