- Size 14.8cm round
- 3mm acrylic round
- 3mm coloured acrylic lettering (first name)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Type your name and birth details (Full name, date, time, weight height)
- Type your acrylic colour choice for the round backing (colour board in photos)
- Type your acrylic colour choice for "name"
- If hanging on the wall we recommend you use a good quality double sided interior 3M tape (Not Included).
